7) How is your relationship with Rusuto, your fifth daughter denied for so long. Is your relationship healthy and are you bonding well. It must be awkward getting to learn about your daughter again after keeping her at a distance for so long?

We are having... chaotic moments. The relationship
between Rusuto and I are slowly mending, but I feel it
will be many hundreds, perhaps thousands of years before
she will trust me fully again. Her defiance will take some
time before fading.

8) How did you first meet your wife Ichimei, and what lengths did you go to, to show your love to her for the approval of her father?

Why, we stumbled by one day in the heavens when she
was looking for a lost pet of hers. Ahh, she was, and
still is such a fair woman that she stole my heart. I
offered to help and find her precious pet.

I felt clumsy around her and had promptly embarrassed
myself plenty of times in front of her. Much of my pride
was sacrificed, but it was well worth it in return to see
a smile grace her beautiful lips.

Ichimei was a difficult one to win over.
She was sought after by so many that she guarded herself
against the immortal suitors. It was with all those
embarrassing moments did she smile and laugh, agreeing
to allow me to invite her to a walk amongst the heavenly
bridges and admire the stars above.

9) Your dinner with King MuHyul opened your eyes somewhat into what love means to us mortals and the repricussions to love denied. Was this the grounding decision for approving the marriage or was there already some doubt in your mind.

It was the look of regret that was written upon the
man's face that caused me to change my mind. All I had
seen from days to now since the beginning of the trials
were merely angry faces that spewed hatred or protest.
King MuHyul was aging, like any other mortal. He would
not be able to recover his past and recapture his love.
I would not be able to bear it if the same happened
between Ichimei and myself.

Only remorse had opened me fully. I had already
questioned whether my choices in the beginning were right.
I decided that it would be best to let Shoshun have her
happiness.

10) What will happen from here, although you have blessed that your daughter may wed. But what level of involvement do you want in her life as she proceeds into this marriage and will you want a heavy involvement in the wedding?

I will be there by her side. For all the time I spent
tearing them apart, I will now stand to bring them together.
For I am giving away my own daughter, of course I will be
there.

As I have said, I want nothing short of the finest for
my dear Shoshun. I will do all that I can to provide the
most splendid wedding that would rival that of Ichimei's
and myself.
